You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are using Wed.ing on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms.

2. Account & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• We may suspend or terminate access if misuse or fraud is detected.

3. Service Description

Wed.ing provides tools for photographers to upload, manage, and deliver wedding photos to clients and guests, including sharing links, QR codes, and digital delivery.

4. User Content (Photos, Videos, Files)

• You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
• You grant Wed.ing permission to host, process, and deliver the content as part of providing the service.
• You confirm you have the required rights/permission to upload and share the content.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, abusive, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform
• Use the service to spam users or misuse guest contact details
• Impersonate another person or business

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Pricing and plan details are shown on our Pricing page.
• Payments may be handled via third-party providers (example: Razorpay/Stripe).
• We may update pricing or plan features; changes will apply to future billing periods.

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility (if any) is explained in our Refund Policy. In case of conflict, the Refund Policy will control refund-related matters.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or changes without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Wed.ing name, branding, website design, and platform features are owned by Wed.ing. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of our service without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wed.ing will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits arising from platform usage.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu, India.
