This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for purchases and subscriptions made on Wed.ing ("we", "our", "us"). By using our platform and purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Digital Service Nature
Wed.ing provides digital services such as wedding photo delivery, sharing, and platform tools. Because the service is digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited.
2. Subscription / Plan Payments
- Payments are charged based on the selected plan shown on the Pricing page.
- Once a plan is activated, it is considered "used" because access is granted immediately.
- Generally, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments after activation.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in these cases:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment completed but service not activated due to technical issue
- Unauthorized payment (subject to verification)
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of usage of the service
- Account misuse or violation of Terms of Service
- Issues caused by user device/internet problems
- Partial usage or expired service duration
5. Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the payment date. Requests after this period may not be accepted.
6. Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved:
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
