For wedding studios

Wed.ing is built specifically for wedding studios. Google Drive folders give every guest the entire album — guests have to scroll through 4,000 photos to find themselves. Pen drives mean a 1–2 week delay and a courier bill per wedding. Wed.ing automatically face-matches each photo to a registered guest, sends only their photos to their WhatsApp on the same day, and brands every gallery with your studio name. Yes. Every plan includes a white-label gallery — your studio name, logo, primary colour and contact details appear on every guest's photo page. Wed.ing's branding does not appear in front of guests.
Guest access expires automatically (3 months on Basic, 6 months on Standard and Studio). Originals stay in your studio dashboard for download as long as you have an active plan, so you can re-share if a couple needs the album again.
Yes — on the Studio plan you can add unlimited team members with role-based access (shooter, editor, coordinator). Single-event plans support one shooter at a time.
There is no required desktop client — drag-and-drop into the browser handles bulk uploads of thousands of photos. A native desktop uploader for Windows and macOS is on the 2026 roadmap for studios that prefer background uploads.
Uploads run at your full internet speed — typically 50–200 photos per minute on a 100 Mbps studio fibre connection. Photos are processed and delivered to guest WhatsApp within 60–90 seconds of upload completing.
Yes — Wed.ing accepts JPEG, PNG and RAW (CR2, NEF, ARW). Guest delivery is in 4K JPEG; you keep the RAW originals in your studio dashboard for editing and album work.
Yes. We offer a 7-day refund window on Basic and Standard per-event plans, and a 14-day refund on the yearly Studio plan. See our refund policy for full terms.

For wedding guests

Guests scan the event QR code, enter their name and phone number, and take one selfie. The whole process takes under 30 seconds. The AI handles the rest.
Our AI achieves around 99% accuracy across different lighting conditions, angles and accessories like glasses or jewellery. Studios can correct mismatches manually from the dashboard.
Registration is required so each guest receives only photos that contain their face. This protects the couple's privacy and keeps galleries personal.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored on Indian-region cloud servers, and used only for photo matching. We never share or sell data. See our security page for details.
3 months on Basic, 6 months on Standard and Studio. Guests can download originals at any point during their access window.
JPEG, PNG and RAW upload. 4K originals delivered to guests at full resolution — no WhatsApp compression.
